Cheryl Herzog-Arneill, LMSW, SEP (she/her)
Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner | Mindfulness Teacher | Trauma & Nervous System Healing
Cheryl offers a deeply attuned, body-centered approach for women seeking greater ease, vitality, and connection to their true selves. She understands how anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma can leave the nervous system overwhelmed or shut down—and how healing unfolds when we reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom.
Specializing in somatic therapy and nervous system healing, Cheryl supports women who want to feel more grounded, alive, and empowered in their daily lives. She helps clients gently access the parts of themselves that have been hidden, frozen, or burdened, guiding them toward resilience, clarity, and renewed aliveness.
Cheryl’s presence is warm, curious, and compassionate. She honors each person’s pace and creates a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and safe to explore what arises. Using Somatic Experiencing®, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed tools, she collaborates with clients to create the internal conditions that allow healing to naturally unfold.
As a Licensed Social Worker, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Cheryl brings both professional expertise and deep personal work to her practice. She has walked her own path of healing, which allows her to support clients with authenticity, attunement, and genuine care.
Cheryl is dedicated to helping people rediscover their inner strength, reconnect with their body’s wisdom, and step into a life that feels more grounded, true, and alive.
