Anna Palermo, LSCSW (she/her)
Therapist | Perinatal Mental Health Specialist | Warm, Grounded & Compassionate
Anna brings a warm, down-to-earth presence to therapy—one that is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and infused with gentle humor. She welcomes adults of all identities and creates a space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences, emotions, and patterns with honesty and support.
Anna works with individuals navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, grief, and the desire for deeper self-understanding. She draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Her style is collaborative and practical, helping clients identify meaningful goals and take steps toward change that feels sustainable.
With extensive training and a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), Anna has a strong clinical background supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, birth trauma, and early parenthood. Her seven years of experience in perinatal care—including work in OBGYN clinics, NICUs, labor & delivery units, group therapy, and individual therapy that allow her to meet people in this vulnerable season with a depth of knowledge and heartfelt understanding.
Anna is also psychedelically informed and integrates her knowledge into ketamine-assisted therapy for clients seeking deeper healing and expanded emotional insight.
Rooted in kindness and clarity, Anna’s goal is to help each client feel empowered, supported, and capable of meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are ready to begin therapy or simply exploring the possibility, she is here to walk beside you on your healing journey.
