PSYCHIATRY RATES
- Intake appointment 1 hour 15 minutes: $275.00
- 30 minute follow up: $111.00
- 15 minute follow up: $60.00
If you have insurance, we will file the insurance for you. You will be responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance or deductible at the time of service. We try our best to get your insurance benefits but do not always know the details at the time of service, thus often we collect an estimated amount on your account based on the information we have access to. You may call your insurance company to find out details ahead of your appointments if this information is needed.
insurance & self pay
we will file your insurance for you. you will be responsible for co-pays, co-insurance and deductible amounts. these fees are owed at the time of service and are paid with a card on file with our practice. some insurances cover all charges and others do not. we ask that you check with your insurance company to determine whether or not your insurance covers for mental health sessions.
