Katherine Dillon, LPC (she/her)

Therapist | Anxiety & Avoidance Specialist | Strength-Based & Supportive

Katherine brings a calm, steady presence to her work with clients navigating the complexities of early adulthood. She understands how overwhelming anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and major life transitions can feel—and she offers a compassionate space where clients can explore these experiences with kindness and support.
Katherine believes that growth begins with practicing empathy toward ourselves, especially during difficult moments. Her approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and encouraging. She helps clients uncover their strengths, build confidence, and develop skills to move through challenges with greater ease and clarity.
Specializing in anxiety, avoidance, and exposure-based therapy, Katherine works collaboratively with clients to gently face the situations that feel intimidating or overwhelming. Together, they practice real-world strategies designed to reduce avoidance, increase courage, and build a sense of competence in everyday life.
Katherine is passionate about supporting young adults as they step into deeper self-understanding and begin shaping a life that feels authentic and grounded. Clients appreciate her thoughtful guidance, her gentle humor, and the safe space she creates for honest reflection and meaningful change.
Her work is rooted in the belief, echoing Carl Jung, that “the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” Katherine is honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate this journey.
