Monique Norris, MS, LCPC (she/her)

Therapist | Trauma-Informed | Relational & Whole-Person Healing

People often begin to heal the moment they feel truly heard. Research consistently shows that the strength of the therapeutic relationship is a primary factor in meaningful change, and Monique deeply believes in the healing power of feeling seen, understood, and safe. Before any modality or intervention can be effective, there must first be trust, alignment, and a sense of emotional safety within the therapeutic space.
Monique believes you deserve a wholehearted life—one rooted in authenticity, self-compassion, and connection. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions can disrupt our relationship with ourselves and with the world around us, often leaving us feeling disconnected or stuck. She works with clients navigating these challenges and offers a grounded, compassionate presence that invites reconnection and growth.
Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), somatic therapy, and parts-based work. With extensive training in trauma and complex PTSD, Monique supports clients in not only healing from past wounds, but also moving toward post-traumatic growth and greater emotional resilience.
If you have reached a place where you recognize you don’t have to do this alone, Monique is here to meet you with warmth, care, and respect. She walks alongside clients as they restore connection to themselves and to what matters most—believing that through healing, we often become strongest in the places that once felt broken.
