Katie Brandau, LSCSW (she her)
Therapist | Client-Centered | Neurodivergence-Informed | Mindfulness & Grounding Focus
Katie offers a therapeutic space that is safe, affirming, and deeply client-centered. She believes that every person carries an inner wisdom about who they are and what they need and that therapy can help uncover that wisdom when life’s patterns, stressors, or old wounds make it harder to access. Katie listens with warmth and without judgment, creating an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and able to show up as their most authentic selves.
Katie works with individuals across the lifespan and has a strong understanding of school environments, college pressures, family dynamics, and the complexities of parenting. She is passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients, helping them recognize their strengths, reduce barriers, and build confidence in navigating daily life.
Mindfulness, grounding, and emotional regulation are central elements of Katie’s work. She teaches practical tools that empower clients to feel more steady, centered, and capable of managing stress and overwhelming moments. Katie especially enjoys working with clients who are ready to dive deep, explore their internal world, and make meaningful shifts in the way they move through life.
Katie is also psychedelically informed and integrates her knowledge into ketamine-assisted therapy for clients seeking deeper healing and expanded emotional insight.
Inspired by nature and the healing energy of the forest, Katie brings a sense of calm, presence, and groundedness to her sessions. She walks alongside clients as they uncover clarity, build resilience, and move toward a life where they can flourish in all the ways that matter to them.
