About Mind & Body Healing Collective
Mind & Body Healing Collective was founded with a simple and powerful vision: to create a therapeutic home where people feel seen, supported, and met exactly where they are.
We are a diverse, trauma-informed team of therapists, psychiatric providers and coaches who believe that healing and growth are always possible. Our group reflects a wide range of identities that span across age, ethnicity, gender, and lived experience, so every person who walks through our doors can feel a sense of belonging.
Our approach honors the whole self. We offer evidence-based and integrative therapies including EMDR, Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, IFS, Somatic Therapies, DBT, CBT, ACT, Expressive Arts, Gender-affirming Care, Grief, Trauma Work, and more. We also embrace creativity, embodiment, and presence as powerful pathways to transformation.
Most recently, we launched SomaVerse, our psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy program using ketamine troches to support deep emotional healing, clarity, and resilience.
This collective is much more than a practice, Mind & Body Healing Collective is a community that uplifts its clinicians, cultivates meaningful connection, and creates pathways for collective healing through groups, workshops, and shared experiences.
